Suggested Uses: This light balsamic is truly unique with big tropical flavors and crisp, bright acidity perfect for Thai and Indian dishes not to mention as a marinade for grilling shrimp. Marinate Chicken in Coconut White Balsamic and Persian Line EVOO with a touch of heat (cayenne chili oil), grill, brushing with more Coconut Balsamic to glaze.  Truly transforms shrimp and scallops (no more breaded coconut shrimp), excellent for fruit salads. Adds a cool sweetness to spicy dishes.  Wonderful on Vanilla Ice Cream

Pairs With: Persian Lime or Roasted Onion and Cilantro Olive Oils.
