This complex, aged balsamic vinegar has a true ripe, sweet blackberry flavor with the extra surprise of spicy ginger. It’s a staff favorite. Blackberries are notable for their high nutritional insoluble fiber. The seeds contain oil rich in omega-3 (alpha-linolenic acid) and -6 fats (linoleic acid) as well as protein contents of dietary fiber, vitamin C, vitamin K, and the essential mineral manganese. Blackberries have both soluble and dietary fiber, carotenoids, ellagitannins and ellagic acid.
Suggested Uses: Our blackberry ginger balsamic condimento is popular for use in desserts, jams, seedless jelly in addition to finishing duck, pork and salmon. Drizzle over pancakes, or ice cream. Works especially well in jelly or in vinaigrette for salads that feature pungent cheeses and fruits. This vinegar is a perfect to your classic apple pie.
Pairs With: Blood Orange, Persian Lime, Milanese Gremolata, Chipotle and Garlic Olive Oil.
