Our luscious blueberry balsamic vinegar is just as amazing over garden salad as it is over fruit salad. When paired with a delicate Extra Virgin Olive Oil such as Arbequina, the intense blueberry flavor will shine. Also fantastic with our Orange or Lemon olive oils. Pairs well with blue and feta cheeses. 4% acidity.
Suggested Uses: Try as a condiment on dessert dishes, such as fruit medleys, super premium vanilla bean ice cream or Greek yogurt. Combine with Chocolate and Espresso balsamics and make a syrupy reduction to go over vanilla bean ice cream or pound cake. Also pairs wonderfully well with our Blood Orange & Persian Lime Extra Virgin Olive Oil to turn your salads into special treats by adding fresh strawberries, walnuts, flax seeds, blueberries, etc…
