Our Golden Hawaiian Pineapple White Balsamic is sweet and tart with the heady aroma of fresh ripe pineapple. This amazing, zesty balsamic is the perfect complement to fruit salads and fresh berries.

Suggested Uses:  Reduce a little Pineapple White Balsamic with honey, orange juice, cinnamon, clove, and a pinch of cayenne to make a festive glaze recipe for ham; roast chicken, turkey, duck, or quail or make your own pineapple salsa.  Light and sweet white balsamic with fresh pineapple notes. Complements salad, fruit, meats and deserts. This vinegar makes a great base marinade for grilling chicken and seafood. Perfect to marinate fresh pineapple before grilling to achieve a great caramelization for your favorite Hawaiian chicken recipe. Great drizzled atop fruit salads for a subtle acidity that adds just the right amount of sweetness without overpowering food.

Pairs With: Pairs well with Hojiblanca, Garlic, Basil, Chipotle, and Persian Lime oil.
