Cara Cara Orange Vanilla

Description

The Cara Cara orange is sweet and low in acid. The flavor is more complex than most navel varieties and has been described as evoking notes of cherry, rose petal, orange, and blackberry. This vinegar has notes of vanilla and is the perfect condiment for cold soups, and avocado salad.

Suggested Uses: Creamy, sultry, pure Madagascar vanilla and the bright citrus of Cara Cara oranges. Drizzle over fruit salad, in sparkling water, mixed drinks, or over yogurt and vanilla ice cream. Use with Butter Olive Oil for a heart healthy combination over oatmeal, cooked whole grain cereal and pancakes. Or use as a bright, fruity marinade or vinaigrette for salads and veggies.

Pairs With: Blood Orange and Butter Extra Virgin Olive Oils and Dark Chocolate Balsamic Vinegar
